Established by Law No. 90-77 of 7 August 1990, the TOSHI is a state establishment
of an administrative nature with artificial person status and financial
autonomy. It falls under the supervision of the Ministry of Social
Affairs and Solidarity. The TOSHI is run by an Administration and a
Tripartite Advisory Council.
